Carrotsticks & Cravings
Carrotsticks and Cravings is a healthy cafe and deli with locations in Dempsey, Robertson Quay and Stanley. Its Dempsey outlet is perched on Loewen Gardens which has wooden playground with slides and trampoline. It serves healthy and refined sugar-free dishes and also serves Kids’ menu such as a Sourdough toasty with ham and cheese plus berries, a picnic style pack of Hummus, veg crudites, bread, cheese and popcorn; smoothies; and gluten-free pancakes.

Cafe Melba is a café with one location in the East at Goodman Arts Centre, and one in the West at Mediapolis. At Goodman Arts Centre, there is a huge lawn with a bouncy castle on weekends and has a big space to park prams.

Three Buns
Three Buns by Potato Head is perched right next to the new mini playground on Robertson Quay so the kids can play before meals. It serves The Bun DMC or locally inspired Red Man Burger and kids' meals such as mini beef burgers or a hot dog and a portion of fries with a little milkshake on the side. Kith Café
Kith Café opens at Marina Square Kiztopia which serves full-menu cafe concept within the playground and is open to the public who will come in from another entrance.
It is a great place for parents of crawling babies and hyperactive toddlers to have lunch or coffee play dates, parents can eat and watch their kids play, with mask on.
It serves a good selection of all-day breakfast items like eggs benedict on sourdough, salads, soups, sandwiches, main courses such as fish and chips and healthier alternatives such as gluten-free pancakes.
It also serves kids' menu which includes sets with a specially-designed brownie that has a Kiztopia character imprinted on it.
Although you find neither a play kitchen nor a mini slide in the tucked away at the kids’ play area,
there is a box of toys, rocking horses (from premium design store XTRA), and a TV screen showing Disney or Pixar cartoon. The tucked away play area is lined with foam mats which makes it a little safer for the kids and minimizes the risk of kids wandering off. If you couldn’t get a table right by the play area, get a table nearby and let your kids move to the play area.

There is a play area in Fusion Spoon which kids will love. It does not serve kids’ menu BUT
it serves a huge variety of reasonably-priced halal Western and Asian fare such as
