You don't have to go into details about how a baby is made, but you can say something like: "A baby comes out of his parents' bodies."
It is true and that will probably satisfy your toddler.
When your toddler is ready for more information you can build from a good foundation.
Your toddler is smarter than what you think he is, gives him the opportunity to work with that by being open and honest with him.
Help
Let your toddler start helping with housework around the house.
When your toddler gets used to housework, he will be your extra pair of hands.
